This approach will involve inquiry, conversation, and guidance. More than talk therapy, we explore what is happening in the body, through sensations and feeling. The mind-body connection is profound and when we invite both to be a part of understanding what is going on in ourselves and in our lives, we get to see the bigger picture.

We will journey to the root of what is running patterns of behavior, addressing mental health, physical health, addictions, or what you need support in. A safe container will be created for us to connect and to open to where you are and into deeper terrains of inner discovery.
